1. Candidates should apply separately for each group and should fill the application in their own handwriting.
2. Admission will be in accordance with rules and regulations of Osmania University.
3. Candidates should submit the completed application form along with one Xerox copy of the following
a). Memorandum of marks of Intermediate or its equivalent examination.
b). TC from the institution last studied.
c). Date of birth certificate (SSC Certificate).
d). Migration certificate in respect of students from other universities / Boards.
e). Bonafide and Conduct certificate of intermediate and School.
f). Eligibility certificate from the Deputy Registrar (Academics), O.U., Hyderabad for other state students.
g). Income certificates of the Parents / Guardian issued after 1st April of the year of admission.
h). Nativity certificate from the MRO wherever applicable.
i). Cast / Community certificate from MRO wherever applicable.
j). Foreign students shall be admitted only on the recommendations of the Director, University of foreign relations office, Osmania University.
k). Application must be registered in the college on or before the last date announced by the Osmania University.
l). Selected candidate should appear for a personal interview with the principal of the college along with the original certificates before the last date of payment of fees
m). A minimum of 50% of the college fees has to be paid at the time of admission and the fees once paid will not be refunded back.
n). All original certificates must be submitted to the college at the time of admission.
o). Optional subjects and second language once selected cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the University.
p). All the University fees should be paid by the students only
q). If any student wishes to cancel his/her admission, he/she would be required to pay the total fees for that academic year whether the student has attended any class or not.
r). Students who are permitted to pay the fees in installments are required to clear the balance of the total payment due on or before the submission of Annual Examination form.
s). If student cancels his/her admission at the end of first year, he/she is entitled to get back his/her certificates.
t). If the student fails to do so he/she would be deemed to be continuing and if he/she wants to discontinue he/she will have to pay full fees for the second year whether he/she attended any class or not.
